Disclaimer: What to Know Before You Rely on This Site

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use accesspriest.living. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Referral Service Only

Accesspriest Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not cut down trees, haul away fallen ones, grind stumps or trim branches. Any work at your property is done by an independent provider, never by Accesspriest Tree Service.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement of that provider. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, cost or results of any provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a particular time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

For Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not advice from an arborist, lawyer, insurer or financial professional. Every tree and property is different, so what fits one home may not fit another. Talk to a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Cost figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Prices change with the job, the location, the size of the tree, how easy it is to reach and other factors. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a loss, because that depends on your policy and your insurer's decision. Ask your insurer or agent about your coverage.

Stay Safe

Tree work and fallen trees can involve power lines, falling wood and damaged structures. Do not put yourself at risk. Keep away from downed lines and contact your utility company. If anyone's life or safety is in danger, call local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Accesspriest Tree Service may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy of This Site

We work to keep the information here correct and up to date. We do not promise that it is complete or has no mistakes.
