How Our Network Works
Request your estimate
Who you talk to
Accesspriest Tree Service does not send out crews. When you send a request, you hear from an independent tree provider in our network. That provider is a separate business. They look at the job, set their own price, and do the work if you hire them.
What happens after you ask
First, you share a few details: the type of tree, where it stands, and what concerns you. Next, a provider may reach out with questions or ask for photos. Then they usually visit the property to see the tree up close. After that, you get an estimate. If it feels right, you can say yes. If not, you can say no, and nothing more is owed to us.
What to ask a provider
A first-timer does not need special knowledge. A few plain questions go a long way:
- Are you licensed and insured for tree work where I live?
- Is your quote in writing, and what does it include?
- Does the price cover cleanup and hauling away wood?
- Will you grind the stump, or is that extra?
- How will you protect my roof, fence, and lawn?
- What could change the price once work begins?
- When could the job realistically be scheduled?
Costs vary a lot by tree size, access, and risk, so a written quote matters more than any number you read online.
Think about the season
Ask whether timing affects the job. A dry spell may be easier for equipment on soft ground. Before wet winter weather, a weak tree may be worth dealing with early. A good provider will tell you what they see.
You are in control
You can compare more than one estimate. You can ask for time to think. You can ask for details about how the work will be done. Nobody should rush you, especially when the tree is not in danger of falling on anything. If a tree has already fallen or is blocking something, tell the provider so they understand the situation.
